Cancellation policy
You will have contactless check-in!
Instructions for contactless check-in:
- After full payment for the stay, which includes a deposit, you will be sent all the necessary codes for check-in.
- Apartment address: 175 Zhambyl street, apartment 67, entrance 3, floor 2. The entrance to the entrance is located on the side of the courtyard.
- To open the entrance door, dial the code provided in the booking confirmation. After the beep, the door will open.
- Go up to the 2nd floor. To the right of the front door you will see a safe with keys.
- Enter the code for the safe, turn the black lever and open the safe. Take the keys.
- After receiving the keys, be sure to close the safe and put the numbers in random order.
- Go to the common hallway where the apartments are located. There is a separate safe with room keys near your room door.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability of the apartments and may require additional payment.
